Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

  • During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • Canada: 7–12 business days

  • United Kingdom & Europe: 6–12 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days

  • Other International Locations: 7–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

Free shipping is available on eligible orders where indicated during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery period, please contact us and we'll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Dripora is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
